North Texas Toddler Killed In Freak Accident

LEWISVILLE (CBSDFW.COM) - A nearly three-year-old girl died when a door leading from the garage into the house fell on her back, pinning her face to the ground around 12:45 p.m. Thursday.
It happened on Wentworth Drive near Garden Ridge Road in Lewisville. The door was unhinged as the family was moving a refrigerator inside.
The family was in the process of moving from Flower Mound when the tragic accident happened.
The child was a twin.
Police originally reported it was a refrigerator door that fell on the child.
