DENTON (CBSDFW.COM) - Denton Police say they've completed their investigation into a deadly auto-pedestrian crash last Friday where a 15-year-old girl was struck and killed.

Police say all traffic controlled signals on Teasley Lane were operating properly.

The driver of the Honda was not intoxicated or speeding or distracted by cell phone usage.

In a news release Monday night Denton Police say, "Although it's a tragedy that a young person lost her life in the accident, the investigation shows the driver was not at fault and no charges will be filed."
