LONDON (AP) - The NFL will move across the British capital to Twickenham Stadium to stage a regular-season game next year.

The NFL says it has agreed to play three games over the next three seasons at Twickenham, the home of England's national rugby team. The league says it has the option to play an additional two games over the three-year period.

The NFL has been playing games at Wembley Stadium since 2007, and just finished this season's three-game schedule on Sunday when the Kansas City Chiefs beats the Detroit Lions 45-10.

The league has already agreed to play at least two games per season at Wembley through 2020, and has also reached a 10-year deal to play at least two games at Tottenham's new soccer stadium starting in 2018.
