New Video Shows Aftermath Of Grapevine Officer Involved Shooting

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Newly released video shows the scene shortly after a Grapevine Police officer shot an unarmed man.
In the video you can see Ruben Garcia Villalpando lying on the ground.
Several officers are nearby, but not giving him immediate attention.
Euless Police, who are investigating the shooting, say at the time Villalpando was conscious and breathing and not hemorrhaging blood.
The department says first aid was not needed.
He later died.
