Navigation System Malfunction Forces Hong Kong Flight Back To DFW

DFW AIRPORT (CBSDFW.COM) - Six hours into a flight from DFW Airport to Hong Kong, American Airlines Flight 125 returned to DFW Airport.
American Airlines said there was a malfunction with the navigation system on the plane that needed to be fixed.
The flight was cancelled and the airline was working to rebook the passengers.
Passengers said they were traveling over Canada when the crew on board the flight told them there was a problem with the navigation system.
The plane was diverted back to DFW Airport.
Passengers said the plane was already delayed two hours, and then the inconveniences continued to pile on.
"I'm going to miss a meeting that I have in Hong Kong. It's going to be a big impact," said passenger Cristiano Amargo.
"Everybody just had a this is ridiculous face," said passenger Kevin Hsieh. "But it's better safe than sorry, under this situation there's no use in yelling.
