DeMarco Murray To Play, Doug Free Inactive Vs Colts

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) -- Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray will play on Sunday against the Colts after having surgery on Monday to address a broken bone in his left hand.

The NFL's leading rusher suffered a break of the fourth metacarpal in last Sunday's win over the Philadelphia Eagles. He is active.

Right tackle Doug Free has been listed as inactive.

Free and right guard Zack Martin both suffered ankle injuries against Philadelphia. Martin will play.

Jermey Parnell will start in the place of Free.

Owner Jerry Jones expressed his confidence in Parnell this week, saying the swing tackle must be consistent to be effective.

"I don't think anybody has a better swing backup tackle in the NFL."

Colts #1 wide receiver TY Hilton, who has caught 82 passes for 1,345 yards and 7 touchdowns, will not play with a hamstring injury.

COWBOYS INACTIVES: Doug Free, Dustin Vaughan, Jakar Hamilton, Dekoda Watson, Donald Hawkins, Kenneth Boatright and Josh Brent.
