Multi-Car Accident Shuts Down Part of I-30 In Fort Worth
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - An accident involving 10 cars shut down the eastbound lanes of I-30 Wednesday afternoon around 3 pm.
According to MedStar, the accident resulted in minor injuries, with one patient taken to JPS Hospital for further evaluation.
A Fort Worth ISD school bus was in the area of the accident, but managed to avoid it.
Traffic at one point was backed up to Cherry Street.
Fort Worth Police and Fire crews were blocking all east bound lanes of the interstate at Ridgelea, and were detouring traffic to the service road.
