Motorcycle Crash Kills Fort Worth Police Officer, Wife

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth police confirmed an officer with the department and his wife were killed in a motorcycle crash early Sunday morning.
Michael Valdez, 44, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in the 3300 block of Trail Drive. His wife Mary Ann, 39, was pronounced dead after she was transported to an area hospital.
Mary's brother, Isidro Ramos, told CBS11 on the phone, the couple were inseparable and experienced motorcyclists. They even named their daughter Harley. Ramos said he is devastated.
"I feel like I lost a piece of my soul when they told me the news. I'm devastated and wouldn't wish this upon anyone," he said. 'They loved to ride together. They did everything together."
