Jason Garrett made his NFL starting debut a memorable one on Thanksgiving of 1994. The Cowboys third-string quarterback stepped in when both Troy Aikman and Rodney Peete were sidelined due to injury.

Garrett didn't flinch in a shootout against Favre. Trailing 17-6 at halftime, Garrett rallied the Cowboys to a franchise record 36 points in the second half, highlighted by a pair of long touchdown passes to Alvin Harper and Michael Irvin.

Garrett threw for 311 yards and a pair of touchdowns that day, leading Dallas to a 42-31 victory and the 33rd greatest moment in Cowboys history.
