Man Walking Along North Texas Road Fatally Hit, Driver Flees

NORTH TEXAS (AP) - Police in Sherman are looking for a driver who fled after fatally hitting a man walking along a roadway.
Sherman police say the body of 27-year-old Jeren Dorshawn Green was found Sunday morning in the grassy median between U.S. Highway 75 and an access road.
Police say evidence from the scene shows that the man was walking northbound on the access road when he was struck by a northbound vehicle. The driver then fled.
Police say the suspect vehicle is a dark gray sedan with significant damage to the front grill, fog lights and windshield.
