TARRANT COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - According to the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's office, a man was found guilty this week for the death of a war veteran and the injury of his pregnant wife.

According to the office, Jason B. Miller was convicted for murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and received two 50-year prison sentences.

25-year-old Sergeant Colby Bozo and his wife Kristen were struck by Miller's vehicle while they were driving June 25, 2015.

Officials said Miller was evading police in a stolen vehicle when he ran a red light and struck the Bozos' vehicle.

Colby Bozo was killed on impact while his wife and their unborn baby were badly injured.

According to a Fundly account setup a year ago for the family, Kristen and her son Brody recovered well.
