Man Arrested For Killing Young Woman In Grand Prairie

GRAND PRAIRIE (CBSDFW.COM) - Grand Prairie say a 20-year-old woman was found shot to death in a parked car at an apartment complex near the 1300 block of Daja Lane around midnight.
Police say the suspect, Anthony Marcus, 22, was still there and they arrested him at the scene.
The victim was 20-year-old Florencia Padilla.
Police say they're investigating the murder as a family violence case.
Neighbors tell CBS11 the couple dated for years.
"They were so sweet together," said the victim's neighbor Amy Nipp. "They had been together for a long time and I wouldn't suspect he'd do anything like that to her."
Police say they do not believe Padilla was shot in Grand Prairie.
Padilla and Marcus were last seen in Denton Wednesday night.
