Man Arrested For Fatal Hit-And-Run In Arlington

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) – Police have arrested a man named Kennedy Pham in the fatal hit-and-run of a 71-year-old man Wednesday night.
Police said the victim, Nghi Pham was walking home from church when he was hit by a truck.
Kennedy Pham went to police Thursday and told them he thought he was the driver who hit and killed Nghi Pham.
Kennedy was arrested Friday morning but has since bonded out.
The two men are not related.
