CROWLEY (CBS11) -Crowley Police have arrested a man accused of shooting a father of two young children.

Detectives have charged Justin Wall, 33 with first-degree murder.

Police say Wall shot 24-year-old Steven Scott in a house at 9:15 Monday night.

Scott died at a hospital.

Wall is being held on $150,000 bond.

A friend who owns the house says he didn't witness the shooting, but did hear Scott and Wall arguing just before three shots were fired.

Scott was staying at the house with his wife and two sons.

Officer C.J. Perry says they tracked Wall down at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday. "He did surrender peacefully. We did work with our social media on Facebook, put some things out, got a few leads. Detectives worked on those leads, and detectives were able to apprehend him."

Officer Perry says they took Wall into custody at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. But he doesn't know why Wall was there.

Police say both Wall and Scott were friends at one point.
