Loco Cowpoke Salsa Shop
KRLD -- A stroll down east Louisiana street in McKinney is like a walk thru Mayberry. It's so charming and fun you just know Andy must be the Sheriff and Barney will walk by at any moment.
Instead of Floyd's Barber Shop however, we found The Loco Cowpoke Salsa Shop.
"We specialize in Texas made products. It's all gourmet food stuff so we have, as the name would imply, salsas. We have a wide variety of barbeque sauces, dry rubs, jams, jellies, honey butters and peanut butters," said co-owner Randy Abshier.
Randy and Jeanine Abshier opened The Loco Cowpoke nearly 7 years ago when they got tired of the corporate world. Having their own business has kept their family close.
"By the time my daughter was five, she was already ringing up people and running the register," Randy added.
JD Ryan is hanging out in the Loco Cowpoke in McKinney and Around Town.
