Kaufman Co. Sheriff's Deputies Find Man Dead In Home

UPDATE (NOVEMBER 30, 2015, 12:10 PM) -- The Kaufman County Sheriff's Department identified the victim as George Moss of Forney, TX. No other details about the victim were released.
FORNEY (CBSDFW.COM) — Kaufman County sheriff's deputies found a man dead in a Forney home on Saturday morning.
Deputies were doing a welfare check at the home in the 3200 block of Clear Springs Drive in the Windmill Farms community when they found the man, according to Capt. Fred Klingelberger. He had a puncture wound in the back of his neck.
Klingelberger said it's unknown how long the man had been there, but the welfare check was requested late Saturday morning and there were signs of forced entry into the home.
The Kaufman County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death as a Homicide.
