Judge Gives Burleson Man 18 Years For Rape

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A 31-year-old Burleson man has been sentenced 18 years in jail for sexually assaulting three women.

It took jurors 90 minutes to deliberate and convict Scotty Wayne Lytle of two counts of sexual assault.

Lytle knew all three of his victim, one being his ex-girlfriend, who he also choked.  The two other victims was a friend of his ex-girlfriend and  a 13-year-old girl he molested a decade ago.

Lytle elected to have his punishment assessed by the state district Judge George Gallagher.

The sentences will run concurrently and Lytle must serve half before he is eligible for parole.

He will also to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
