ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - Texas Rangers top prospect Joey Gallo made his Major League debut Tuesday night at Globe Life Park and it is one he, the team and fans will never forget.

After getting a single and driving in two runs in his first at bat (which could have been ruled an error) Gallo sent a towering shot to the upper deck for a 2-run homerun in his second at-bat.

His third time to the plate, he hit a double.

He struck out in his fourth at-bat and walked his 5th time up.

Gallo was called up to play third base for the injured Adrian Beltre.

The Rangers defeated the Chicago White Sox 15-2. Gallo had four RBIs.
