DALLAS (1053 THE FAN) - Jerry Jones confirmed what most expected. Tony Romo is out for the rest of the season with a hairline fracture to his left clavicle.

Jones made the announcement in his weekly call in to the GBAG Nation on 105.3 The Fan. The Cowboys owner says Romo will not be undergoing surgery.

Romo was injured when he landed on his left shoulder in the 3rd quarter of yesterday's loss to the Carolina Panthers.
