HOUSTON (AP) — A Houston municipal waste employee was charged with murder in the fatal shooting of his boss during an argument at work.

Harris County jail records show 43-year-old Tyrone Roy Auzenne of Houston was being held Tuesday on $50,000 bond.

Online records don't list an attorney to speak for Auzenne. He was arrested Monday at the Charles R. Idlebird Southeast Service Center where the shooting took place.

Police are trying to determine what prompted the argument that led to the slaying of 55-year-old Michael Vaughn of Humble.

Nobody else was hurt during the gunfire in the victim's office at the Houston solid waste management facility.
