HIGHLAND VILLAGE (CBSDFW.COM) - Was it a call of nature or a call of duty?

In this case perhaps a bit of both as Highland Village police officers put out a fire in a port-a-potty overnight.

Officers found the flaming toilet near the corner of Highland Shores Boulevard and Remington Drive around 2 a.m.

The cops pulled out fire extinguishers and quickly put out the flames.

The fire department got called in just to make sure the fire was out.

No one was hurt, and there was no word on what might have caused the toilet to catch fire.
