Grand Jury Indicts Man For Capital Murder Of Dallas Dentist

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The man Dallas police say shot and killed dentist Kendra Hatcher was indicted on a capital murder charge.

According to NewsRadio 1080 KRLD, a Dallas grand jury handed up the indictment against Kristopher Love.

Kendra Hatcher was shot and killed in her uptown Dallas apartment parking garage earlier this year.

A getaway driver has also been charged with capital murder. Brenda Delgado, who police believe is the mastermind behind the plot -- is still on the run.
