Grand Champion Steer Sells For $210,000 At Fort Worth Stock Show Auction

FORT WORTH (CBS 11) — Cattle were up for grabs at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo Sale of Champions on Saturday.

Jagger Horn, from Abilene, sold his 1,365-pound grand champion steer, Big Boy, for $210,000 to Hillwood during the auction. The money will go toward Horn's college fund; he said he wants to go to Texas Tech or Oklahoma State.

Hereford resident Saige Martin's reserve grand champion steer, Goosebumps, sold for $175,000 to Women Steering Business.

Saturday was the last day of the Stock Show.
