Governor Abbott Tweet Congratulating Astros Is Premature

AUSTIN (CBSDFW.COM) - Soon after the Houston Astros rallied for three runs in the bottom of the 7th of Game 4 of the ALDS to take a 6-2 lead over the Kansas City Royals, Governor Abbott tweeted a congratulatory message to the Astros:
"Congrats to the @Astros on advancing to the #ALCS. Hoping for an all-Texas #ALCS. Looking at you @Rangers."
The Royals proceeded to score five runs in the top of the eight and two more in the top of the ninth to beat the Astros 9-6 Monday.
The two teams will play a decisive Game 5 in Kansas City on Wednesday.
The tweet was removed from the Governor's office account.
The Governor later tweeted for people to unfollow the office account and follow his personal account.
