Giants DE Pierre-Paul Out For 6 Weeks Following Surgery

DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - NY Giants defensive end Jason Pierre Paul's regular season is over.

According to reports, Pierre-Paul underwent surgery on Wednesday for a cord-muscle injury that he sustained in Sunday's loss to Pittsburgh.

He tweeted a picture Wednesday before his surgery.

Pierre-Paul is expected to miss the rest of the regular season, out for at least 6-weeks.

The Giants are scheduled to face the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday...the final match-up of the NFC East foes in the 2016 regular season.
