Ghost Walk At Baker Hotel In Mineral Wells

The fourteen story Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells has been closed and abandoned since 1972. Some say old residents still haunt the old place and can be heard or even seen from time to time.
The Baker Hotel Ghost Walk is the creation of a long time Mineral Wells resident who had heard stories and seen odd things around the hotel since she was a girl.
"I grew up here and even just six years ago there were still stories that people didn't want to talk about" said the creator of The Baker Hotel Ghost Walk Angela Burns Morgan.
Angela did her research and interviewed over one hundred people to get all the stories she puts into the weekend ghost walk adventure. Guests are encouraged to take pictures and see what they come up with after the walk.
"My mom took a picture, and one of my friends that she is with, he's completely blurry but everybody else in the picture was completely standing still" exclaimed Aden Villareal.
Even if you are a skeptic and don't believe in poltergeist, you can still have fun on The Baker Hotel Ghost Walk.
"You don't have to believe in ghosts to come and enjoy the walk, just because some of the history is so bizarre in itself" Morgan added.
