DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett joins 105.3 The Fan's Shan & RJ with the latest timetable on Tony Romo, Dez Bryant, and the indomitable Jason Witten.

Following the Cowboys 20-10 win over the Eagles, injuries are the top issue for the team after losing QB Tony Romo to a possible broken collar bone for 6-8 weeks.

"Obviously it's disappointing" said Garrett about Romo's injury and how it can possibly affect the team moving forward. "He's a great leader for our team and he will certainly be missed. But that's the nature of our game."

With Romo now out, the spotlight now turns to backup QB Brandon Weeden. "Obviously the next step is Brandon - and we've got a couple guys behind him who we like" said Garrett.

"Brandon's done a nice job for us in the opportunity he's had to play - he is calm, he has poise, he's composed" said Garrett.

TE Jason Witten also suffered injuries during the game (both ankles and a knee) but told the coach not to worry. "He assured me last night he was going to be fine" said Garrett. "Hopefully he feels good this morning, knowing him - he will."

Beside the injuries and the replacements on the offensive side of the ball, the Cowboys defense dominated the Eagles - holding the Philly offense to 226 yards and shutting down former Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray - holding him to only 7 rushing yards.

"To me that was the story of the game" said Garrett. "Our guys did a great job handling the tempo, we were ready for them, and once the ball snapped we did a really good job - preventing them from running the football."
