Garland Police Seek Bank Robbery Suspect

GARLAND (CBSDFW) - The Garland Police Department and the FBI are searching for a man wanted for robbing a bank on Thursday morning.

According to police, a black male (pictured above) went inside the Bank of America in the 5600 block of Broadway Blvd. and robbed one of the tellers.

Authorities say he presented a note to the teller informing them that this was a robbery.

The suspect was then given an undisclosed amount of money and left on a mountain bike that was later recovered near the bank.

If anyone recognizes this man, they are asked to call the Garland Police Department or the Dallas FBI office.
