Garland PD Trying To Identify Rape Suspect Caught On Video
GARLAND, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Garland police are hoping someone will recognize a rape suspect who's image was recently captured on an ATM camera.
Officer Joe Harn says the sexual assault occurred on October 5th around N.W. Highway and Saturn Road, at that time the victim's debit card was also stolen.
According to police, someone tried to use the stolen ATM card days later.
The suspect is described as black man, 5'9", thin build with short hair and a possible goatee.
