Garland PD Seizes $250,000 Of K2

GARLAND (CBSDFW.COM) - $250,000 of K2 (Synthetic Marihuana) was seized last week during a drug bust. Owners and operators, Bok Shin and Myung Shin, of MK Beauty Supply and Wayne's Convenience Store were arrested for delivery and possession of the dangerous street drug.

Garland Narcotics Investigators believe Bok and Myung have been selling K2 out of their businesses located in the 600 block of Dairy Road for more than 2 years. During the arrests drug paraphernalia was also seized. The paraphernalia could be used for ingesting K2 and other street level drugs.

Bok Shin is charged with:
• Delivery of synthetic Cannabinoids – Bond $25,000
• Possession with Intent to Deliver Synthetic Cannabinoids – Bond $25,000

Myung Ki Shin

Myung Shin is charged with:
• Possession with Intent to Deliver Synthetic Cannabinoids – Bond $25,000
