FWPD Names Suspect In Convenience Store Clerk's Murder

FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Fort Worth police have named a suspect in the murder of a convenience store clerk. Authorities are looking for 20-year-old Christian Silva.

Officials said that he was the one who went into the Pronto Food Store on Long Avenue this past Saturday afternoon and shot 38-year-old Jimmy Khela to death.

Silva may be responsible for other robberies, police added, although, at this time, they have not connected him to the robbery spree terrorizing the city.
