FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Back at it again and busted by the CBS 11 I-Team Wednesday.

Dondre Johnson is charged with Theft and Abuse of Corpse, but that's not stopping him from working funerals.

Working off a tip, the I-Team tracked down Dondre Johnson to a funeral in Fort Worth.

Out of respect for the family, our crew didn't go inside the church service or attend the burial. But they didn't have to.

A few weeks ago Investigative Reporter Mireya Villarreal caught up with Dondre Johnson and his attorney after court.

Alex Kim, Johnson's attorney, admits Johnson working funerals was a lapse in judgment, "Probably not the best decision. But the reality is that there is nothing improper or illegal about that."

At the time, Villarreal asked, "Is he going to stop?"

"He has stopped," Kim answered.

Johnson was supposed to be working as a driver with a private company.

But today the I-Team found him at a funeral in east Fort Worth that was being handled by Serenity Chapel Funeral Services. That's the same business out of Sherman the I-Team investigated last month.

Travis Mitchell is the owner of the business. He refused to answer our questions about Dondre Johnson and why he was at today's service.

It may seem wrong for Johnson to be working funerals when he's facing criminal charges. But it's not illegal, for now.

Based on our stories, the Tarrant County DA's office tells us they are planning to ask a judge to for a bond condition that would keep johnson away from funerals while his criminal cases are pending.
