Frisco Police Investigating High School Student's Death In Crash

FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) - Frisco police are investigating a single vehicle crash that killed a 16-year-old student from Lone Star High School late Saturday evening.

According to police, a vehicle that was traveling westbound on Panther Creek Parkway at Grayhawk Boulevard at approximately 11:00 p.m. veered off the roadway and struck a pole.

Police said the driver, a 16-year-old male, was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The passenger, who was identified as 16-year-old Anjealo Antonio Magno-Santos, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police do not know what caused the crash and no charges have been filed yet. Police are still investigating the accident.
