Frisco-Based Photographer Arrested For Child Indecency
FRISCO (CBSDFW.COM) - A Frisco man who specializes in child photography was arrested on a charge of indecency with an 11-year-old girl.
Frisco police arrested 53-year-old Don Sparks on behalf of Dallas Police.
Authorities said the alleged incident happened at a home Sparks rented in Dallas.
The owner of a photography business in Frisco called "Don Sparks Photography," Sparks posted bond after he was arrested. On his website, he displays photos of dozens of young kids up to high school age who have posed for portraits.
He also has other photos of athletic events and other activities involving Wakeland High School in Frisco.
Police said at this point they do not believe his arrest is connected to his business but they are still investigating.
