Fort Worth Police Searching For Phone Store Robbers
FORT WORTH, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Fort Worth are asking for public assistance in identifying two men that robbed a mobile phone business on Eastchase Parkway.
According to police, two black males entered the Verizon store on 1251 Eastchase Parkway around 7:00pm on Tuesday September 2nd and pointed a black pistol at the clerk - demanding access to the vault. The unidentified suspects took off with stolen cell phones, tablets and money.
The first suspect is described as a black male, 20-25 years old, 6'00, 175 lbs., with a goatee and slender build. He was wearing a Dallas Mavericks retro logo baseball cap, a long sleeve white turtle neck shirt with a dark colored Pepsi logo t-shirt, white cargo pants, and armed with a semi-auto pistol.
The second suspect, a black male, 20-25 years old, 5'08, 180 lbs., with stocky build, was wearing a distinctive blue Batman mask, black t-shirt with "You Mad Bro" on the front, and white golf gloves.
Investigators believe that the two suspects have been involved in similar robberies in Dallas County that occurred throughout August 2014.
