Fort Worth Police Respond To Active Shooting; 1 In Custody

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth police responded to an active shooting situation in the 1400 block of Randol Crossing Lane. One 42-year-old man was taken into custody without incident.

Police say the man was on the top floor of La Jolla Apartments actively shooting inside his apartment. Police were able to confirm the shooting through the walls of the residence.

Police say residents were cleared from their apartments until the scene was secured. SWAT was called to the scene, and the man was taken into custody.

There were no reports of injuries.
