Fort Worth Fire Dept Makes Quick Work Of 3-Alarm Motel Fire

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth firefighters were quick to extinguished a three-alarm fire Monday afternoon at motel near I-35W and Seminary.

According to Fort Worth Fire Dept. officials, multiple units responded to reports of a fire burning at the Motel 6 at 4201 S. Freeway.

When firefighters arrived on the scene and discovered heavy smoke and fire coming from the roof.

Firefighters searched all the rooms of the motel and say there are no reports of injuries, but say 35 people have been displaced.
