Former TCU Student Found Not Guilty Of Rape

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A jury on Monday found a former TCU student not guilty of raping a woman at a fraternity party on campus in 2012.

The verdict came down this afternoon for Joseph Dowd, 21.

He was accused of committing the sexual assault in 2012.

The jury deliberated for two days before deciding on the not guilty verdict.
