Former Cowboy Jason Hatcher Retires After 10 Seasons

DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Jason Hatcher has announced his retirement from the NFL.

Hatcher spent his first eight NFL seasons in Dallas. He played the last two seasons of his 10 year career in Washington.

Hatcher had a career year in 2013 when he had 11 sacks with the Cowboys, while be named to his first and only pro bowl.

Hatcher was selected by the Cowboys in the third round of the 2006 NFL Draft out of Grambling State.

He retires with 34.5 sacks in 147 career games.
