Fire Consumes Forest Hill Home

FORT WORTH, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - An early morning fire has destroyed a single-story home in the Southeast section of Fort Worth's Forest Hill  Tuesday.

Forest Hill Interim Fire Chief Randy Chapman said the home in the 6100 block of Forest Hills drive was fully engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived on the scene.

 

According to officials there were several dogs on the property - at least three of them died in the blaze.

The homeowner has not been identified.

The cause is still under investigation. There are no reports of injuries.
