DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Dallas arrested a female suspect after a short chase late Friday morning. The incident started just after 10:30 a.m. when another person called 911 to complain about a driver who appeared to be running cars off of the road.

Authorities located that driver and attempted to pull her over, but she refused to stop. The woman led police on a chase along various streets and then into a neighborhood. There, she hopped out of her vehicle and started to flee on foot. She was caught a short time later along Limestone Drive in the southeastern part of the city.

Chopper 11 was above the scene when police walked the hand-cuffed suspect to an awaiting squad car. A small group of bystanders could be seen saying something to the suspect as officials escorted her to the vehicle but it is not known what was said.

The entire pursuit lasted about 15 minutes and involved the Dallas County Sheriff's Office and the Dallas Police Department's helicopter.  Nobody was injured during the chase.

The suspect has not yet been identified. There was also no early indication that her vehicle had been reported as stolen.
