FARMERS BRANCH (CBSDFW.COM) - CBS 11 News has learned that a Dallas County grand jury has indicted Farmers Branch city councilman Floyd Jeffrey Fuller on a theft charge.

Sources told CBS 11 News that, because Fuller is a public official, the theft charge is considered "enhanced" and is classified as a state jail felony.

If convicted, Fuller faces between 180 days and two years in state prison.

A source said that Fuller is considering resigning from the city council.
