BRENHAM (CBSDFW.COM) - The wait is almost over. Blue Bell Ice Cream will be back on select store shelves next week, and the company has spent the past few days announcing which flavors would be among the first to reappear. However, some people have already criticized the fourth and final returning flavor.

Blue Bell stated Thursday on their Instagram page that The Great Divide will land in stores on August 31 along with the three other previously announced flavors. The company described it as "a combination of our Homemade Vanilla and rich, creamy Dutch Chocolate ice cream in one unique carton."

"We hope you like our starting line-up we've unveiled this week," Blue Bell added. But not everyone is pleased. That is because Homemade Vanilla and Dutch Chocolate are both already included in the roster of returning flavors, unveiled on Monday and Tuesday, respectively. Cookies 'n Cream was announced on Wednesday.

"Both of these flavors were released earlier this week," said Christian Garcia on Instagram. "Don't think y'all could have came out with something new?"

Instagram user Jackie McKinney echoed the frustration by saying, "Makes no sense! These were released already!"

Other commenters simply called for the return of their personal favorite flavors such as Rocky Mountain Road, Pecan Pralines 'n Cream and Southern Blackberry Cobbler. "If you haven't seen your favorite yet," Blue Bell reassured, "don't worry because there are still more flavors to come."

Shoppers can start finding Blue Bell Ice Cream in select Texas stores once again later this month, but only in Houston, Austin and the company's hometown of Brenham. North Texas will be included in the second phase of the rollout, which is expected to begin in mid-September.
