Family, Friends Gather For Vigil Of Mother Killed At A Fort Worth Gas Station
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM)—Friends and loved one of 24-year old Sylvia Zazueta gathered for a vigil to remember the young woman at the very spot where she died.
Zazueta had been shopping inside a small convenience store in east Fort Worth when police say an out of control driver lowed into the store at about 100 miles per hour.
The driver has been identified as 19-year old Isaac Adams. Investigators say he was intoxicated at the time of the wreck.
Those at Wednesday's vigil consoled one another through prayer and hugs.
Zazueta's uncle Eric Galdiano said , "She was a beautiful kid a good mother, a good wife. She loved her kids. She lived a very humble life happily. This is tragic. Her life was stolen from her. They were just beginning. She was a good person. She had a sweet soul."
The family has set up an account at Wells Fargo to accept donations for the mothers burial costs.
