Extreme Athlete Rides Bike Across 650 Foot Tall Dam

Extreme athlete Fabio Wibmer's latest viral video shows him riding his bike across the top of a 650 foot tall dam in Austria.
No....wait....across the top of the railing on top of that dam. The railing they set up to keep people from plunging to their death. A railing that can't be more than two inches wide, and he's riding his bike across it.
