ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A prosecution expert is scheduled to testify Wednesday on the second day of a competency hearing for a professional wrestling star charged in the death of his girlfriend in Pennsylvania more than three decades ago.

Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, who turns 73 on Wednesday, is fighting to avoid trial on murder and involuntary manslaughter charges.

He's accused in the death of Nancy Argentino, who was found dead in May 1983 after authorities were called to their hotel room near Allentown.

Snuka has pleaded not guilty. His lawyer has called Argentino's death an "unfortunate accident."

The defense contends Snuka is mentally unfit, partly because of the head trauma he suffered over a long career in the ring.
