UPDATE:  All lanes reopened shortly after 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Oncor says a lightning strike might have caused the power lines to fall.

GRAPEVINE (CBSDFW.COM) - SH121 was closed southbound at Bass Pro and northbound at 635 due to electrical lines down on the highway around 4:00 p.m.

At 5:20 p.m. Grapevine Fire Chief Mark Ashmead told CBS11 Oncor was on scene but they still need to set power poles and string new lines across SH121.

There are several businesses on both sides of the highway without power.

There's no estimate on when the highway will reopen other than "hours."
