Delta Charlie's offers guests the opportunity to see a one-of-a-kind view of the city with their dinner and flight package.

"One of the best feelings I have is to watch people get off the plane and see the smiles on their faces," said owner Mark Kelcher, who wanted to create a unique concept and an unforgettable experience.
