Driver Shot In Suspected Road Rage Incident In Farmers Branch

FARMERS BRANCH (CBSDFW.COM) - The Farmers Branch Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a shooting on IH-35E Service Road.

Police say early Sunday morning at around 3:50 a.m., a 23-year-old college student and a group of friends were traveling north in the 12600 block of IH-35E Service Road, just North of LBJ Freeway.

They say a dark colored sedan passed the victims vehicle and someone from inside the sedan fired multiple gun shots into the victim's vehicle.

The victim, who was driving, was struck one time and is in critical condition.

Farmers Branch detectives were able to recover some evidence from the scene and are seeking the help of the public with any additional information regarding this incident.
