Driver Killed After Second Hit And Run Crash In Fort Worth

FORT WORTH(CBSDFW.COM) - Fort Worth police say a driver died after being involved in two separate hit and run crashes Monday afternoon.

Around 3:00pm officers responded to a fatal crash at 3700 East Berry Street.

The driver of a tan Buick, who police say took off after the second hit and run accident and struck a light pole causing his car to catch fire.  That driver died at the scene.

A woman involved in the second hit and run crash suffered minor injuries.

The investigation continues.
